Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
- Seven-day window
We accept returns on unopened bottles within seven days of delivery, with the seal intact and the original box retained.
- How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason. Once approved, we arrange the collection.
- Refunds
Processed within three to five working days of the bottle reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.
- Damaged or wrong item
Message us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We replace it at our cost or refund you in full — your choice.
Non-returnable items
Opened bottles cannot be returned. Fragrance is a personal and hygienic product, and once a seal is broken we cannot resell it. If you are unsure which scent suits you, message us before ordering — we would rather help you choose than process a return.
